Contact Us
- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Returns must be initiated within 365 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.

We offer free 4-7 day shipping on orders over $40 or expedited 2-5 Day Shipping through USPS and same day fulfillment on weekdays. Track your order here:
Track Order
- Orders over $45 qualify for free 5-12 Days shipping through USPS
- We also offer expedited 2-5 days USPS Shipping for an additional price of $7.92 calculated at the checkout.
- We strive to offer same day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. If you order Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Orders from Amazing Blends always ship discreetly in temperature-optimized packaging.
- If your item is damaged, broken, or disfigured, upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, call or visit your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number.
- Amazing Blends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.
